FurnitureSaab.pk strives to deliver your furniture safe and efficiently to your destination. This Shipping & Delivery Policy defines our delivery methods and procedures for all Pakistani customers.
📦 Order Processing
We handle all orders promptly within one to two business days from Monday through Saturday.
Your shipment will start processing the following business day when you place an order on Sunday or holiday.
After your purchase confirmation, you will automatically receive an email or SMS containing details of your order.
🚛 Delivery Timeframes
Our service reaches all key cities of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi and extends to every major city throughout Pakistan. Your delivery timeline depends both on your delivery address and which product category you select.
Location Delivery Time
Lahore: 2–4 business days
Major Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Deliveries of special orders need additional time, especially for items that require creation from raw materials or large furniture pieces. We will notify you about delivery timing right after approval.
🪑 Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery in Lahore: Free on orders above Rs. 50,000.
Delivery rates depend on item measurements and destination for national shipments.
At checkout, you can see transportation fees when they apply to your purchase.
📍 Delivery Process
Before delivery time starts our team or courier service representative speaks with you to confirm delivery times.
Our team members will place your significant furniture at your entry room. Tell us in advance about your delivery floor needs because we charge extra shipping fees for floor handling services.
Our team will set a new delivery date since no one is available to receive the shipment.
📦 Packaging & Handling
Our team organizes furniture items for secure movement to the delivery destination.
You may return damaged products directly to us during delivery acceptance and we will handle the issue immediately.
🚫 Delivery Restrictions
We offer delivery services to every location in Pakistan.
Our team requires more time for delivering orders since their routes lead to remote regions without good road access.
