Customer satisfaction occupies the highest position at FurnitureSaab.pk. We provide easy procedures for exchange when you remain dissatisfied with an item you bought from our store.

Eligibility for Exchange

The following exchange action is possible:

The items you receive show evidence of damage as well as defects and variations from your purchase order.
This item remains unused while staying unassembled within its original package.
Send your complaint to us no later than 3 days after delivery has occurred.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Our company rejects any requests to exchange for specific products.
Customized or made-to-order furniture.
The company refuses exchanges on products that show evidence of customer use or damage alongside appliance wear signs.
The exchange of items happens solely after the delivery period extends beyond 3 days.
Sale or clearance items unless damaged upon delivery.

Proof Required

The exchange process depends on the submission of 3 items – order number, clear pictures of the issue, and your contact information.
Order number
You must send clear pictures and video footage that demonstrate the product problem or incorrect delivery.

Important Notes

Contact us first before using the product because assembling it is not permitted.
The exchange program depends on inventory levels of the available products. Due to out-of-stock conditions, we provide alternate products or store credits to our customers.
FurnitureSaab.pk holds the authority to deny exchange requests that fail to follow the set policy guidelines.
